Job Description: Performance Marketing Manager

At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.

This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences and emerging trends.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
Optimize campaign performance through continuous testing and experimentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Utilize web analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven 4+ years of work experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts and best practices.
Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms.
Experience with web analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
Excellent analytical and project management skills.
Familiarity with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
