- Serve as the primary liaison between Business Stakeholders, Development & Testing teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Embedded IoT projects, prioritizing features based on value and feasibility.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Break down high-level requirements into user stories, epics, and tasks, ensuring they are well defined, actionable, and aligned with project goals.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review sessions as the Scrum Master, ensuring that development teams have a clear understanding of priorities and commitments.
- Lead daily stand-up meetings to track progress, identify impediments, and foster collaboration and accountability among team members.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, and dependencies, taking proactive measures to address them and keep projects on track.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, promoting agile best practices and facilitating retrospective meetings to identify areas for enhancement.
- Ensure that Embedded IoT solutions meet quality standards and user requirements through effective testing and validation activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the development & testing team, coaching them on agile principles and practices to drive high-performance outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related field with overall experience of 5+ years.
- At least 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master, in the context of Embedded IoT projects.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM) and Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated proficiency in agile methodologies, with experience in leading scrum teams and facilitating agile ceremonies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable tasks and user stories.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
