    Job Overview

    We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Community Outreach Executive. As a Community Outreach Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the community, promoting the CAIE School, and organizing outreach programs and events. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in community outreach or a related field.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Minimum Bachelor's degree in social work.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in organizing events
    • Domain knowledge in Social Development, Social Work, Education, Entrepreneurship, and Child Rights
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in community outreach or a related field
    • Knowledge of child rights, children's education, and social development
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and event planning abilities
    • Proficiency in using social media platforms and online tools
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain relationships with the community to promote the CAIE School and its programs
    • Plan and organize outreach programs, workshops, and events to raise awareness about the school
    • Collaborate with other team members to create marketing materials and strategies for community engagement
    • Identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration with local organizations and businesses
    • Attend community meetings, conferences, and events to represent the CAIE School and network with stakeholders
    • Collect and analyze data on community needs and preferences to inform outreach strategies
    • Manage social media accounts and online platforms to engage with the community and share relevant information
    • Support the school's initiatives related to child rights, children's education, and social development
    • Provide regular reports and updates on community outreach activities to the management
