    Responsibilities
    Elicit and clearly document business and system requirements and create requirement artefacts. Develop User stories, functional specifications, system design specification for client engagements by understanding the customer requirements.

    • Requirement Walkthrough to the team after the client approvals and ensuring all the clarity is attained throughout the project.
    • Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops.
    • Perform gap analysis (as is functionality versus to be functionality)
    • Participate in end-to-end activities related to implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management.
    • Help personalize and humanize the customer experience while at the same time accomplishing future business scalability.
    • Document the customer journey and identify ways to improve existing customer pain points based on process optimization, technology, change management, or communication.
    • Participate in the creation of a catalogue of key Performance Indicators and the documentation of their supporting business requirements, data models, calculation rules, and metadata.
    • Lead system feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new systems design
    • Gather and drive stakeholder requirements and product vision through the planning, analysis, Development, and testing phases.
    • Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation Deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams.
    • Provide data and analyses in a timely manner, and verify the accuracy of data analyses produced by self or others.
    • Create special ad-hoc reports, database queries, and status reports.
    • Incorporate security recommendations into stakeholder requirements.
    • Lead multiple projects and trains and/or mentors other team members, peers and clients as appropriate.
    • Investigate complex strategic business issues, researching and identifying inventive solutions.
    • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to elicit their business concerns and develop workable solutions.
    • Lead the creation of a catalogue of Key Performance Indicators and the documentation of their supporting business requirements, data models, calculation rules, and metadata.
    • Serve as a resource for human performance architects as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design training and performance support products.
    • Inform technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect other areas of the project.
    • Complete all appropriate documentation required by developers, QA analysts, deployment team, and operation support team that will maintain the Application.
    • Ensure security requirements built into final solution design.
    Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications

    • B.E / MCA / Relevant degree
    • Advanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagement
    • Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodology and UML
    • Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral)
    • Ability to Perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis.
    • Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products.
    • Knowledge of BMC Remedy, Microfocus or similar technologies, functionality and modules preferable to be Service Now trained or certifiedPreferred qualifications
