Ensuring that a routine is created andfollowed for the children so as to cater to their physicalemotional andnutritional needs.3. Developing planning executing andorganizing lesson plans to meet the needs of the children as perthe agegroups.4. Ensuring ageappropriate learning and socializationto ensure children learn basic skills and concepts suchascommunication manners sharing etc.5. Maintaining a safe workplaceby monitoring children for health behavioral and emotional issuesand reportingconcerns to Centre Head staff and parents.6. Observingchildren and helping them discover new interests by introducingthem to art music sports andother potential hobbies.7. Ensuringchildren are learning positive behaviors and providing guidance asneeded.8. Preparing all necessary materials for each lesson inadvance and submitting the lesson plans and weeklytimetables twoweeks prior to the commencement of those classes to the CentreHead.9. Responsible for conducting oneself in a way that will nottarnish the reputation of the school in any manner.10.
