- Configures and designs Workday Learning module by collaborating with stakeholders in the US and globally to recommend and implement system enhancements, and to ensure an efficient and engaging user experience.
- Creates audience reports for Workday Learning Campaigns (this may go away with R2.)
- Partners with Global HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Talent Development teams for day-to-day support.
- Works alongside Recruiting and Talent Product Owners to configure and update workflows, condition rules, notifications, validations, and other module-specific updates.
- Troubleshoots unexpected results or process flaws and recommend solutions.
- Reviews bi-annual release items for Workday Learning, completes regression testing and reviews enhancements with stakeholders. Assists in the bi-annual process for Workday Talent/Performance and Recruiting.
- Partner and collaborate with Product Manager and Product Owner for Workday Talent/Performance and Recruiting to support the review of continuous process improvement and ongoing requests.
- Remains active in Workday Community to find solutions, and best practices, and to recommend enhancements.
- Minimum 2 years experience configuring Workday Recruiting required, with experience in Workday Learning highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of Workday security.
- Experience completing mass updates via EIB loads.
- Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbally.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
- Outstanding follow-through and attention to detail.
