    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve assigned territory sales targets.
    • Appoint suitable distributors and oversee primary, secondary sales, as well as other essential activities such as claims management and CRM implementation.
    • Identify and cultivate potential institutional clients within the HORECA & Related industry.
    • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations, including Purchase Managers, Housekeepers, Kitchen Stewarding Managers, Chefs, Admin/Operation Managers, Owners, GMs, and other stakeholders.
    • Understand customer needs, provide product knowledge, and offer tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
    • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Share inputs and feedback with the internal team.
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and provide insights to management.
    • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, networking events to expand the company's presence and generate new business opportunities.
