Description

Executeprojects specific tasks in eDiscovery processingsoftware. Create and prepare load filesalong with other deliverables as necessary for hosting the dataonto other platforms.

Maintain a high senseof urgency while working on multiple projects; escalating items tothe client services team if there are going to be delays intiming.

Work on job requests in order ofpriority pulling from a queue as well as byassignment. Perform quality control checkson self and others work to ensure quality ratings remainlow. Follow and maintain utilizationtracking for hours. Respond to internalrequests via email during designated times.
Follow escalation procedures when needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualification/ SkillsBachelor of Technology (Computer Science).Strong knowledge of MS office & relatedapplications. Good communication skillswritten and verbal. Ability to multitask andremain calm under pressure. Willing to adaptquickly to a rapidly changing environment.
Strong analytical skills problem solving skills andresourcefulness. SQL background is a plus.
