Starbucks India is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Tata Global Beverages and Starbucks Coffee Company. Currently, present in 30 cities with over 230 stores and a team of over 2,300+ passionate partners (employees). The core business goes beyond just coffee; it's about interacting with people. Eligibility

• Students pursuing 11th or Secondary / 10th pass level
• Minimum 16 years of age
• Valid Aadhar (National Identity) card

Program Framework

• 12 months of Paid Apprenticeship with On-the-job training
• 9 hours (including 1-hour break) per day and 5 days working week
• Online Assessment at 3 and 11 months into the program
• Government-recognized & Starbucks co-branded certificate upon successfully finishing the program

Training Scope

• Offering exceptional customer service to all clients
• Crafting the Starbucks Experience by delivering quick service, top-notch beverages and products, and maintaining a tidy store ambiance
• Adherence to TATA Starbucks guiding principles through actions and behaviors
