    About the role:

    We are Looking for an exceptional Sales Manager with an outgoing personality who has a nack for motivating others to meet goals in a sales environment and drive targeted figures

    Job responsibilities:

    Coaching

    Assisting team members reach their full Sales potential is a main objective. Ability to support and motivate sales agents, ensuring the success factor within their deals

    Revisiting targets on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis and figuring out challenges and mitigating them to ensure we hit the target

    Ensuring Sales Associates (SA) motivation and performance.

    Salesman ship

    Train Sales personnel to build rapport, ensure client trust, and make a sale regularly

    Team Management

    Oversee the Sales team target and handle any issues about respective team members reaching close to their target figures

    Ensure regular feedback for SAs

    Managing Escalations and being the bridge with the PM team and owner sales team

    Feedback from the Property Management Team

    Measure and manage team performance with leading indicators; (TAT, Visits)

    Business Acumen

    A thorough understanding of a business, along with its achievements, objectives, and goals to drive Sales. Strategic thinking with a managerial mindset is a pre-requisite

    Understanding of project insights

    Analysing and communicating of inventory requirements

    Collections along with the Property Management team

    A successful candidate for this role requires:

    Problem-Solving Skill

    Very good at understanding and Analysing factors at play to design targets Enjoy being with people; extraversion is key (High)

    Salary bracket holding between 5LPA to 6 LPA to apply
