    Description

    One of our prestigious clients is looking tohire a Engineer I Electrical &Instrumentation to be based in Ras Al Khair SaudiArabia In the Maritime industry whowill be responsible for but not limitedto:

    KeyResponsibilites

    • Preparationof design deliverables with consideration for applicable codes& standards.
    • Prepare specificationstechnical evaluation supplier documentation review and expeditewith the supplier.
    • Perform calculationsapplying electrical & instrumentation engineeringprinciples techniques procedures and criteria for shipbuildingdesigns.
    • Interface with other departments toreflect the most uptodate input from other departments asapplicable.
    • Maintain the required technicalquality of work.
    • Identify scope and schedulechanges in accordance with the Change ControlProcess.
    • Ensure that designs comply with therelevant codes standards regulations andprocedures.
    • Attend factory inspectionreports.
    • Progress monitoring and adherence tothe scheduled completion of engineeringdocuments.
    • Capture all changes / modificationsto the deliverables that have been initiated by the project priorto release.
    • Ensure appropriate checking& review of all documents and drawings before release atany revision status.
    • Attending project reviewmeetings.
    • Coordination with the otherengineering disciplinescustomer and supplier.
    • Ensure supplier documentation is received ontime.
    • Control of the quality of engineeringdocuments regarding quality assurance.
    • Ensurecompliance with HSE policies and procedures asapplicable.
    • Ensure compliance with allapplicable information security policies &procedures.
    • Responsible for change management& risk identification related to their own assignedactivities.
    • Propose design improvements andlessonslearned.


    Qualifications

    • Bachelorsdegree in electrical / instrumentationengineering.
    • 3to 9 years in the engineering design department of any offshoreshipbuilding or shipbuilding industry as an EPC contractor and/orconsultant.
