JDDetail :
The mainresponsibilities of the IT Systems Administrator are: (L1 or L2support ) UserSetup/Onboarding/Offboarding and account support&maintenance.
Deploy new and existing desktop and laptop computers and providesystem support.
Microsoft Office 365 usersupport Cloudbackup managementWindows 10 orabove. Assist withsupport and maintenance of coreinfrastructure.

Firewalls Networkswitches VMwarevSphere LocalServers Windows andLinux VM sAzure/Entra ADDevOps suite AWSSupportThis will be avaried role covering everything from desktop support toserver/network troubleshooting and everything in between.

Predominantly the successful candidate will be expected to work ontheir own initiative with support calls coming via Teams Slackphone eMail and tickets.

There will also be a number of concurrentprojects going on that they ll be expected to be a part of and therole will evolve depending on the candidate s strengths and thecompany s needs.

There may onoccasion be a requirement to travel to other offices within thecompany so passport and willingness to travel isessential.
