Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to grasp project requirements and create blueprint or solution design documents for tactical or System Integration projects while ensuring adherence to standard development procedures.

- Offer functional and/or technical expertise to strategize, analyze, define, and facilitate the delivery of future capabilities for applications.

- Previous involvement in constructing, leading, and architecting Drupal applications, as well as other CMS technologies.

- Familiarity or experience with various CMS technologies and open-source platforms.

- Knowledge or experience with Cloud technologies, DevOps, and Microservices.

- Proficiency or experience with Acquia Cloud Platform.

- Preferably acquainted with other Acquia products like Acquia CDP, Acquia DAM, Acquia Site Factory, Acquia Campaign Studio.

- Skilled in negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes with clients, partners, and Acquia stakeholders.

- Competence in executing complex Drupal development tasks, including custom module development using the Drupal API system and hooks from major Drupal core systems.

- Self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic work environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and multitasking abilities.

- Aid in impact assessment efforts and provide estimates for client work requests.

- Support presales by proposing solution architecture, assumptions, and estimations for business requirements in an RFP.

- Design and implement external integrations with Drupal and other CMS solutions.

- Demonstrate leadership through coding best practices and design patterns.

- Effectively communicate architectural designs to the development team and review developers' pull requests to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Engage in verbal and written communications with customers, technical and non-technical personnel, responding professionally to customer requests.

- Capable of managing tasks independently, updating practice leads on status, and completing tasks within defined timelines and budget.

- Proficient in designing and implementing various design patterns to meet business requirements.

- Skilled in client-server cache architecture, including CDN, with the ability to troubleshoot end-to-end issues and define cache strategies for optimal site performance.

- Design and implement Non-functional requirements, focusing on performance and scalability.


Skills & Qualifications :
1) Minimum of 10+ years of overall experience.

2) At least 6 years of hands-on experience implementing Drupal CMS.

3) Minimum 4-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting large-scale web application development and AEM deployment architecture.

4) Over 7 years of Software Programming experience.

5) Proficiency in PHP development is essential.

6) Good understanding and experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

7) Experience working with REST and SOAP web services.

8) Proficiency in developing build scripts using Composer.

9) Profound knowledge of complex IT/software solutions.

10) Experience in Database Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Email Marketing is a plus.

11) Strong process development skills, able to translate best practices and requirements into efficient business processes.

12) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

13) Able to apply creative thinking, sound reasoning, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

14) Strong interpersonal skills.

15) Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high workload.
