Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team based in West Bengal, Tamil Nadu or Maharashtra . This is a work from home role for now.. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in React, , PHP, MySQL, and MongoDB, with a passion for crafting robust, scalable, and efficient web applications. As a member of our development team, you will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React for the front end and for the back end.
• Write clean, modular, and efficient code across the full stack, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
• Work with relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, optimizing database performance and ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web development projects.
• Proficiency in React, , PHP, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and serverless architectures.
• Understanding of security best practices in web development.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated testing.
