    Description

    Job Title: Senior ETL Developer


    Company: Growing Tech Solutions


    7-12 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying ETL solutions using industry standard tools.

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing solutions with Talend Data Integration.

    • Extensive experience in designing end-to-end transformations and workflows using Talend Data Integration.

    • Experience with Talend Data Mapper or working with XML data structures is required.

    • Deep SQL knowledge and scripting experience is a must.

    • Good understanding of Java and hands-on experience with Java functions in Talend.

    • Experience in leading small development teams, conducting code quality reviews, and recommending best practices.

    • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into functional data mapping specifications.

    • Good knowledge of MS-Office tools.

    • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.

    Personal skills:

    • Independent worker with innovative thinking and a proactive attitude.

    • Excellent analytical skills.

    Skills / Additional Requirements:

    • Background in industrial engineering or computer science is advantageous.

    • Experience with Talend Data Quality component is a plus.

    • Good understanding of the insurance business (actuarial or insurance fields) is beneficial.

    • Experience with information systems (such as ERP) at a high user level.

    • Ability to comprehend data models and complex data structures.

    • Deep SQL knowledge.

    • Experience or degree in programming is advantageous.
