• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software products/services.
• Lead a team of testers and coordinate testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify testing requirements and prioritize testing efforts.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline testing processes.
• Perform database testing to validate data integrity, accuracy, and performance.
• Conduct manual testing as needed to supplement automated testing efforts.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Track and report on testing progress, including test coverage, defects found, and overall quality metrics.
• Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on testing best practices and methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 812 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on database testing, manual testing, and automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
