• Minimum 6+ years of Experience in IT industry of of which atleast 3+ years in working with HP BSM or APM product suite.2. Hands on Experience in Vugen Scripting and experience in creating and deploying script in Vugen using different protocols like True client, Citrix and HTTP.3. Experience in Advanced level scripting and customization of user scripts in Load runner Vugen using functions4. Familiar with REST and SOAP concepts and working with Web request and experience in testing the web service calls using Postman or other devops tools5. Experience in MF APM platform deployment and troubleshooting integration with BPM and SiteScope.6. MF APM Platform administration like user access management, report configuration and scheduling, downtime management and creating and deploying new applications in APM is must.7. Experience in working with various SiteScope monitors and deployment of monitors using template.8. Deployment and troubleshooting web service requests and URL monitors deployment in Sitescope.9. Familiar with High availability configuration of Sitescope and APM and troubleshooting issues with the platform availability10. troubleshooting and Root cause analysis of monitors in sitescope and working with vendor to resolve critical issues within SLA.11. Policy management and deployment in OBM.12. Familiar with the concepts of Node groups, automatic assignment rules and able to handle issues related to agents and policies in OBM13. Acquainted with frequently used Unix commands and able to write scripts using shell/Python14. Experience in Configuring and troubleshooting alerts in SiteScope and MF APM.15. Basic level knowledge of network monitoring and configuration tools like MF NNMi and MFNA.16. Basic level experience/Knowledge in App dynamics monitoring is an added advantage.
