    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Wings Global Services. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients in the real estate industry. This is a full-time position based in Virar, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate for this role will have 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales and sourcing, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
    • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for our clients' requirements
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
    • Act as a main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
    • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs
    • Collaborate with recruitment team and clients to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market intelligence to effectively target and attract top talent
