Total Experience: 8 Years
Servicenow Experience: 3 years

Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in modules like- CMDB, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, ITSM, FSM and Integration.
Deep experience with ServiceNow are mandatory with accreditations covering the full range of ServiceNow products.
You would also provide technology consultation and assist in defining scope and sizing of work.

Experience in designing high level and low level documents is a plusGood understanding of SDLC is a pre-requisiteAwareness of latest technologies and trendsYou would implement solutions, create technology differentiation.

You would participate in competency development with the objective of ensuring the best-fit and high quality technical solutions.
You would be a key contributor in creating thought leadership within the area of technology specialization.
Knowledge of architectural design patterns, performance tuning, database and functional designsAbility to lead solution development and delivery for the design solutionsLogical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborateEngaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenariosAbility to work under pressure and work on multiple campaigns at the same timeCertification - Implementation specialist with ITSM or HRSD or CAD or any other
