- Develop new business via telephone and email.
- Follow-up on qualifying leads and conduct research to identify potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records in data system, with detailed information on customer contacts.
- Move clients to the next step in the sales process.
- Create or raise awareness of our presence in your market.
- Maintain accurate information on the database to support this on an ongoing basis.
- Ensuring ongoing effective relationships with customer base.
- Work in conjunction with Sales to grow the sales pipeline.
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent phone etiquette & Well presentable
- Willing to learn and adaptable
- High attention to detail
- Confident individual
- Commitment to being in-office at Mumbai (Bandra BKC) - Monday to Friday from 09am to 06pm
- Prior experience in Telephone sales - Outbound calls or International BPO
- Well versed in dealing with High-Net-Worth Individuals and Corporates
