Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Develop new business via telephone and email.
• Follow-up on qualifying leads and conduct research to identify potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records in data system, with detailed information on customer contacts.
• Move clients to the next step in the sales process.
• Create or raise awareness of our presence in your market.
• Maintain accurate information on the database to support this on an ongoing basis.
• Ensuring ongoing effective relationships with customer base.
• Work in conjunction with Sales to grow the sales pipeline.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Fluency in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent phone etiquette & Well presentable
• Willing to learn and adaptable
• High attention to detail
• Confident individual
• Commitment to being in-office at Mumbai (Bandra BKC) - Monday to Friday from 09am to 06pm
• Prior experience in Telephone sales - Outbound calls or International BPO
• Well versed in dealing with High-Net-Worth Individuals and Corporates
