    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILTITY

    • Customer Care Specialist must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must have Customer Centric approach.
    • Experienced Candidates (1-3 Years) are preferred
    • Experience in International Customer Care Domain will be an added advantage and preferred
    • Educational Qualification: Any Degree
    • Salary is negotiable as per the experience and skill set.
    • To take calls, chats & handle back office work promptly within agreed timescales and in line with agreed process and procedures.
    • To ensure accurate information being provided with appropriate resolution.
    • To maintain queue levels to agreed targets levels
