- Customer Care Specialist must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have Customer Centric approach.
- Experienced Candidates (1-3 Years) are preferred
- Experience in International Customer Care Domain will be an added advantage and preferred
- Educational Qualification: Any Degree
- Salary is negotiable as per the experience and skill set.
- To take calls, chats & handle back office work promptly within agreed timescales and in line with agreed process and procedures.
- To ensure accurate information being provided with appropriate resolution.
- To maintain queue levels to agreed targets levels
