    You will be responsible for customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet the specific needs of our organization, improving efficiency and productivity across various departments.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
    • Customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, and others.
    • Develop and maintain custom scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) and business rules.
    • Configure and customize ServiceNow forms, UI Pages, and other user interfaces.
    • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g, ERP, CRM, HR) using APIs and other integration methods.
    • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
    • Automate tasks such as incident management, problem resolution, change requests, and service requests.
    • Test and debug ServiceNow applications and integrations.
    • Ensure the quality, performance, and stability of ServiceNow solutions.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all ServiceNow customizations and integrations.
    • Provide technical support to end-users on ServiceNow applications.
    • Collaborate effectively with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other departments.
    • Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    Qualifications :

    • Essential :
    • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
    • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM.
    • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
    • Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
