Financial Reporting:
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Present financial performance and forecasts to the board and executive team.


Cash Flow Management:
Manage cash flow and liquidity, optimizing working capital to support operational needs.

Implement efficient treasury and cash management practices.


Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):
Evaluate potential M&A opportunities, conducting financial due diligence.

Lead financial negotiations and integration efforts for successful acquisitions.


Cost Management:
Implement cost control measures and drive efficiency improvements.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.


Tax Planning:
Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities.

Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.


Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Mentor and develop finance professionals within the organization.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of IT services business models and financial implications.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Experience in leading financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
