    Job DescriptionResponsible for Software development and data integration needs of the Organization.

    Rolewill manage, and provide leadership to ERP, Integration and Cloud Development team todeliver new enhancements; production support of Oracle ERP; Data-warehouse developmentand support; Integration systems and Cloud transaction services for entire Jashanmal Groupentities.


    Key Accountabilities:

    • Interact with business departments to gather user requirements and understand businessprocesses involved.
    • Review/Analyze requirements documentation with Team Lead/Functional Consultants tofinalize requirements, determine business case and finalize scope of work.
    • Perform in-depth analysis to determine the impact on existing business processes andsoftware applications.
    • Design & develop software solutions to meet business requirements and specifications.
    • Work on remote systems and services and ensure timely deliverables.
    • Develop software programs using Oracle Developer Technologies (OAF/Forms/Reports/SQL/PL-SQL/T-SQL/Java) as per the program specifications and ensurecompliance with organization's policies & standard practices.
    • Develop Data Model/ETL Programs for data-warehouse systems.
    • Perform Unit/Integrated testing to ensure that software programs/modules meet thedesired objectives and quality.
    • Prepare detailed documentation covering all areas of software development cycleinvolving requirements, analysis & design, program development, & testing.
    Documentation is important for maintaining the team knowledge base, activelycontributing to keep all official documents updated.

    • Develop appropriate training programs and user guides to assist business departments inadopting new or enhanced software programs/modules.
    • Maintain/update Project management plans for regular progress reviews with team leadand application manager.
    • Ensure service requests are resolved on time and users are appropriately kept informedabout the progress.
    • Ensure skill sets are updated based on technological demands.
    • This position will be on Support and Project work. Business support is an ongoingobjective. Projects are taken up as per Technology and Business needs and you will beinvolved for work in your stream.
    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or higher degree in any stream. Preference given to Technology relatedstream.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in software development using waterfall and agilemethodologies.
    • ITIL certification preferred.
    • Oracle certifications (OAF, Forms, Reports, SQL/PL-SQL) preferred.
    • Technology expertise –o OLTP Database structure design and developmento Data-Warehouse structure design and developmento Oracle OA Frameworko Oracle D2k (Forms/Reports V9i & later)o SQL & PL/SQLo T-SQLo Oracle OAF with Java
    • Sound knowledge and Experience in –o developing custom solutions & interfaces for Oracle E-Business Suite withsound knowledge of Oracle AOL Methodology.o developing Workflows, Alerts, APIs and good knowledge of functional areas(Financials and SCM)
    • Proficient in SSIS ETL tool.
    • Proficient in Python programming and related frameworks.
    • Good team player & ability to work independently to meet project timelines.
    • Perform any other related administrative duties as assigned by the management fromtime to time.
    • Analytical mind to understand the trends and improvise on situation.
    • Should be extremely organized and structured in office work.
    • Excellent communication skills. English is the official language.
    • Candidate must have work experience in Office 365 collaboration and communicationcloud.
