Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support complex global transactions for Associates, Managers, and HR Support.

Utilizing technology from multiple source applications, including Globalview, Associate Central/SF and Salesforce, you will provide support on global transactions.
Create position creations, amendments, and job requisitions in Associate Central and GV/SAP.
Define synchronization concepts between Job Info and Position.
Perform mass uploads of position attributes.
Understand New Hire Configuration between Recruiting tool (RM) and Success Factors.
Maintain ONB Candidate Info data in Success Factors via import and export functionality.
Ensure compliance with global processes, data governance, accuracy, and integrity through transactional processing of global data.
Comply with international laws and regulations, including data privacy, identifying breaches and partnering with applicable parties.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for global transactions.
Manage position creations, amendments, and job requisitions.
Develop and maintain synchronization concepts.
Perform data imports and exports.
Evaluate compliance with global processes and regulations.
