Candidates from US Staffing industry, Consulting Firm or Contract to Hire Agency with hands-on experience in sourcing and end-to-end recruitment are required.

• We seek a skilled recruiter to gather requirements and prospect candidates through extensive portal search, social media search and vendors.
  
  currently we have Direct Clients, VMS/MSP accounts requiring assistance.
  The ideal candidate will be able to interact effectively develop Vendor network’s while operating efficiently on ATS; preferably JobDiva.

Key Requirements:

• Proven IT recruiting experience with full lifecycle capabilities (gathering requirements, candidate screening negotiations etc.) 
  


• Familiarity with sourcing techniques including resume editing & formatting matching consistency visual perfection for clients.


• Prioritizing multiple functions tasks work time management ability also highly motivated self-directed high energy team player comfortable working night shift.
