- Passionate about IT & Non IT Consulting - Business Development / Lead generation.
- Must be able to bring/generate business from India - Service Companies / Domestic MNC clients for contract / permanent staffing.
- Responsible for Generating leads and managing a healthy pipeline.
- Building new collaborations and partnerships in India & overseas.
- Business Development & Client Relationship Management with Domestic corporate/MNC companies for both contract & permanent staff.
- Monitoring market activities and providing relevant market research reports/business forecasts and sales cycles as required
- Willing to take business challenges/targets/Sales targets.
- Willing to travel to domestic client locations on a need basis.
- Manage the Digital presence and Social Media handles of the company.
- Oversee Customer Relationship Management system.
- Identify potential clients-, and the decision-makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new & existing clients
- Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the companys practice leaders/Principals
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, & provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior-level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Track and record account activity and help close deals to meet these targets.
- Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
- Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company and employees capabilities.
- Understand the companys goal and purpose in order to enhance the companys performance.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Meet potential new clients and turn these into business opportunities.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
