    Job description

    • Passionate about IT & Non IT Consulting - Business Development / Lead generation.
    • Must be able to bring/generate business from India - Service Companies / Domestic MNC clients for contract / permanent staffing.
    • Responsible for Generating leads and managing a healthy pipeline.
    • Building new collaborations and partnerships in India & overseas.
    • Business Development & Client Relationship Management with Domestic corporate/MNC companies for both contract & permanent staff.
    • Monitoring market activities and providing relevant market research reports/business forecasts and sales cycles as required
    • Willing to take business challenges/targets/Sales targets.
    • Willing to travel to domestic client locations on a need basis.
    • Manage the Digital presence and Social Media handles of the company.
    • Oversee Customer Relationship Management system.
    • Identify potential clients-, and the decision-makers within the client organization.
    • Research and build relationships with new & existing clients
    • Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the companys practice leaders/Principals
    • Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives
    • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
    • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
    • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
    • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
    • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
    • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
    • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, & provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
    • Present to and consult with mid and senior-level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
    • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators.
    • Track and record account activity and help close deals to meet these targets.
    • Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
    • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company and employees capabilities.
    • Understand the companys goal and purpose in order to enhance the companys performance.
    • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
    • Meet potential new clients and turn these into business opportunities.
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
    • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
    • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
    • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
    • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
    • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
    • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
    • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.
    • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
    • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
    • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
