    Job Title: ORACLE HRMS Techno-Functional EBS Consultant

    About the Role

    • We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules and solid technical expertise in OAF (Oracle Application Framework) and Workflow customization.

    The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation and support experience, be comfortable transitioning from remote work to onsite engagement in Abu Dhabi after the initial phase, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Work on Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, and Performance Management.
    2. Analyze business requirements and provide functional & technical solutions in Oracle HRMS.
