    Customer Service Executive

    We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team at ReachIvy, a premium education advisory firm based in Mumbai, India.

    About the Role

    • Monitor and update large database of leads on a daily basis.
    • Develop and manage tactics to convert enquiries & leads.
    • Meticulously manage student workflow.
    • Coordinate with internal team members, freelancers, and students for seamless work flow.
    • Understand the education sector thoroughly and answer incoming enquires.
    • Answer student/ parent queries on procedure process and work flow.
    • Research and maintain information on college applications such as Deadlines, Requirements, and Changes in process.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with schools and colleges.
    • Invite and receive college admissions officers and faculty.
    • Arrange for and manage events and information sessions.
    • Attend education fairs in Mumbai and other cities.
    • Frequently follow up with clients over email and phone.
