Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our dynamic team, operating in an agile development environment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in software engineering development lifecycle and experience in Python and/or other technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable, robust, and high-performance backend systems.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in React and/or Python, utilizing TDD principles.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Implement secure RESTful and gRPC APIs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices.
Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements and developing user stories and estimates.
Provide technical support for web applications.
Design and implement event-based microservice-based application architecture.
Establish standard practices and governance for micro-service-based application architecture.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven history of generating innovative and effective solutions.
15+ years of experience in development with React and/or Python.
Strong understanding of React and/or Python, Django, building WebAPI and/or gRPC services.
Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
Experience in scalable cloud architectures and ability to lead teams, present to leadership, define and direct project work.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in an easily digestible manner.
Experience with database management and proper systems security best practices.
Experience in building scalable, high-performing, and robust applications.
Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in Docker and Containerized development and debugging.
