    Agency Training Manager - Belagavi, India - Max Life Insurance

    Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Facilitating onboarding and induction training sessions
    • Enhancing sales skills through targeted training
    • Providing comprehensive training on all Max Life Insurance products and procedures
    • Instructing on the utilization of all digital tools and resources
    • Implementing various training programs as specified in the Agent and ADM learning pathway
    • Conducting Group Interactive Discussions (GIDs) and Individual Interactive Discussions (IIDs)
    • Overseeing Performance Review Programs (PRP) and Field Observation Days (FOD) as necessary

    Training Delivery

    • Executing training in alignment with the designed learning journey, utilizing both classroom and virtual formats
    • Developing skills for effective facilitation and virtual training delivery

    Administrative Duties

    • Leading the adoption of the digital learning platform across all roles
    • Encouraging digital assessments among Agents and ADMs
    • Promoting self-directed learning among Agents and ADMs
    • Coordinating and scheduling all training sessions with relevant stakeholders
    • Ensuring all training is conducted in accordance with the established training calendar
    • Driving the business performance of all participants
    • Monitoring attendance at all training sessions
    • Documenting attendance in the Training Management System (TMS) within the designated timeframe
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to schedule training sessions effectively
    • Arranging travel for training sessions as required

    Training Logistics Management

    • Organizing training session schedules
    • Encouraging broad participation of agents in training programs
    • Ensuring the SMART Classroom setup is ready prior to each session

    Continuous Monitoring of Agent Progress

    • Gathering regular feedback from agents, Sales Managers, Partners, and Managing Partners
    • Ensuring agents adhere to ethical standards in client interactions
    • Tracking the development of agents

    Training Material Updates

    • Reviewing and refining existing training materials
    • Conducting environmental scans
    • Incorporating feedback from Agents, Customers, Sales Managers, Partners, and Managing Partners

    Ensuring Continuous Information Flow

    Facilitating Self-Development for Agents
