    What you willdo:

    Conduct engaging online product demosvia platforms like Google Meet/Zoom tailoring presentations to meetspecific customer needs and address queries effectively.

    Initiate outbound calls to identify potential customers from leadsimplementing followup procedures to nurture leads and convert theminto active customers.
    Manage the endtoend customeronboarding process ensuring a seamless transition from sales toproduct utilization. Develop and maintain strong customerrelationships providing ongoing support and understanding customerneeds.
    Maintain detailed records of all sales activitiescustomer feedback queries and interactions using CRM tools foraccurate and uptodate information.
    Provide insights intocustomer preferences and market trends to inform marketinginitiatives.
    Report customer feedback suggestions andmarket insights for continuous improvement.
    Proactivelycontribute to the development of sales strategies to achievebusiness objectives.
