Description

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform to support our business operations and enhance customer experience.

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Customize Salesforce applications by configuring workflows, process builder, validation rules, and other declarative features.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications to improve performance, scalability, and usability.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party applications.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
