    We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to join our team at PTC Aviation Academy. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, and your role will be crucial in creating a positive first impression. You will also provide administrative support to various departments and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in managing phone systems and handling multi-line phone calls
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    • Knowledge of flight and travel industry is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Welcome and greet visitors and clients with a friendly and professional attitude
    • Manage and maintain a tidy and organized reception area
    • Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
