About theRole:
We areseeking a driven and resultsoriented individual to join our team asa CASA Sales Officer.

In this exciting role you will play a crucialpart in acquiring new customers and growing our Current Account(CA) and Savings Account (SA) deposits.

You will be responsible forbuilding relationships with potential and existing customersunderstanding their financial needs and recommending suitableproducts and services.

Responsibilities:

Prospectingand Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential customersthrough various channels including market visits referrals andtelemarketing

Sales and RelationshipManagement:
Build rapport with customers understand their financialneeds and recommend appropriate CA and SAproducts

CrossSelling and Upselling:
Identify opportunities to sell additional banking products andservices to existing customers

AccountOpening and Documentation:
Assist customers with opening newaccounts and completing necessarydocumentation

Target Achievement:
Achieveassigned sales targets for both new accounts and depositgrowth

Data Entry and Reporting:
Maintainaccurate records of customer interactions and sales activities inthe CRM system

Compliance:
Adhere to allbank regulations and complianceguidelines

Qualifications:
Graduatein any discipline with a minimum of 50%marks.
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diversecustomers.
Strong presentation and persuasionskills.
Targetoriented and selfmotivated witha strong work ethic.
Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
Computerliterate with proficiency in MS Office suite and CRMsystems.
Possession of a valid twowheelerdriving license and access to a personal bike or scooty ismandatory.
Fluency in local language andEnglish isessential.
