    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce development, customization, subscription management, billing, CPQ, Sales Cloud, Lightning, and configuration. The candidate will lead Salesforce solution design, implementation, and optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in English is essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Oversee customization and development of Salesforce applications for optimal performance.
    • Provide expertise in Subscription Management and Billing processes within Salesforce.
    • Implement and manage Salesforce CPQ to streamline quoting and pricing processes.
    • Configure and maintain SFDC Sales Cloud to support sales operations.
    • Utilize SFDC Lightning to enhance user experience and interface design.
    • Ensure SFDC configuration aligns with business needs and compliance standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
    • Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
    • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption.
    • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce analytics.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure seamless operation.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
    • Strong expertise in Subscription Management and Billing within Salesforce.
    • Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and SFDC Sales Cloud.
    • Proficiency in SFDC Lightning and SFDC configuration.
    • Experience in analyzing business processes and driving improvements using Salesforce analytics.
    • Strong documentation and technical design skills.
    • Excellent English communication skills (read, write, speak).

    Certifications Required:

    • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
    • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
    • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
