    Shifts:
    • Morning:9 am to 6pm
    • Noon:12 pm to 9pm
    • Night:3 pm to 12am

    Responsibilities:

    1. Provideexceptional customer support through voice communicationchannels.
    2. Handleinternational customer queries and issues with a high level ofprofessionalism.
    3. Communicatefluently in English demonstrating excellent languageskills.
    4. Interactwith patience and empathy while assisting customers andbystanders.
    5. Manageappointments with doctors and ensure seamlessscheduling.
    6. Actas a liaison between hospitals patients and otherstakeholders.
    7. Workin a fastpaced environment with a focus on quality andefficiency.
    8. Utilizeeffective problemsolving skills to address customer concerns andinquiries.
    9. Collaboratewith team members to ensure consistent servicedelivery.
    10. Adhereto rotational shifts including morning noon and nightshifts.

    Requirements

    • Minimum1 to 5 years of experience in international voice support.
    • Bachelorsdegree in anydiscipline.
    • Excellentspoken and written English communicationskills.
    • Abilityto work in rotational shifts (morning noon andnight).
    • Patienceand empathy in dealing with customers andbystanders.
    • Comfortablehandling appointments and coordinating with medicalprofessionals.
    • Familiaritywith healthrelated processes and terminology is aplus.
    • Mustbe located or willing to relocate to Infopark KakkanadKochi.
    • Cabfacility will be provided for nightshifts.
