This full-time on-site role as an Agriculture Field Officer is located in New Delhi. The Agriculture Field Officer will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting crops, ensuring that proper farming techniques and procedures are being used, and providing guidance and advice to farmers. The Agriculture Field Officer will also be responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting related to soil health, climate and weather, and crop performance.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or related field
• Experience in agronomy, soil science, and/or crop production
• Experience and knowledge in agricultural practices, crop management, and soil health management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
• Willingness to travel frequently to different farms and agricultural sites
• Knowledge of local crops, climate, weather patterns, and soil characteristics in the New Delhi region is a plus
