    About CRESA (Corporate Real Estate Strategy & Administration)

    CRESA is the custodian of DBS's real estate assets through optimizing cost and footprint, while transforming spaces to drive a culture of work that focuses on collaboration, innovation and teamwork. We manage close to 1.5 million sq feet of space, from office spaces and retail locations across India.

    We are a diverse team of corporate real estate professionals and related fields, and aim to use our combined expertise to lead the corporate real estate industry by being digitally-wired, using data to power our real estate decisions and operations, and obsessing ourselves with the customers' job to be done.

    For office spaces, our main goal is to find and build the right spaces to allow colleagues to collaborate and innovate; from building social hubs to activity-based working spaces, we lead in influencing the culture of the bank. For retail locations, we source and select the best sites, negotiate for the best lease terms, design and build the site to help achieve the best customer journey and experience. Above all, our team is also the guardian of the Bank's environment, keeping the offices and retail locations at its best every day.

    Job Duties & responsibilities

    1. CRESA operations and support for Group CRESA.
    2. Finance & budget management of Department, Corporate Landlord (CLL) and Group Occupancy.
    3. Ownership and management of CRESA balance sheet items via GLAO/Monthly attestations
    4. Support CRESA project tracking plus liase with Finance on eventual capitalization
    5. Coordinate and consolidate financials from respective teams within CRESA India, and be an interface to Group CRESA to ensure annual budgeting, forecasting and month-end results are reflective of CRESA India's strategic direction
    6. Analyse & provide commentaries on Occupancy & Department actual vs budget/forecast spends
    7. People Engagement, administration and implement Risk and Controls and Health and Safety standards across the India portfolio
    8. Risk Mgmt will cover Compliance, Audit checks and ensure compliance of the Health and Safety Policy.
    9. Oversee team managing respective risk control & self assessment (RCSA) and report to Technology & Operations (T&O) Risk mgmt forum for any issues.
    10. Attend Finance team forms, manages and track Strategic Cost Management (SCM) across all spend in CRESA.
    11. Run payable and invoicing teams including the JLL and DBS teams.
    12. Create Business Case presentations including financials and coordinate inputs with the CRESA, Strategy, BAU renewal teams
    13. Work with India T&O Finance Head & the CFO office to align CRESA financial reporting & budgeting
    14. Work with the Group Finance teams to align Financial reporting and budgeting
    15. Monittor and report travel claims & expense management of Department budget.
    16. All contracts required by CRESA to be managed/catalogued by the team (Interface

    with records mgmt. team).

    1. People Engagement requires team to interface with HR and be our people ambassadors to implement training, manage hiring process and talent mgmt. interface with HR
    2. Responsible also for Offsite, event mgmt. coordination with My Voice team and manage GA programme.

    KPI's include:

    a. Maintain CLL and Dept budgets and deliver Strategic Cost Management (SCM) targets

    b. My voice score of >85%

    c. Maintain all audits at minimum satisfactory rating

    d. Maintain Zero Fatality Health & Safety Rating

    Required Experience and Attitude

    • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
    • Possess financial skills
    • Independent and self-directed but able to work with and within teams
    • Excellent inter-personal and stakeholder management skills, and good communication, presentation and writing skills
    • A hands-on team player who is a self-starter, possesses a can-do attitude

    Education / Preferred Qualifications

    Bachelor in Commerce/Business Management with Finance Major

    Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, variance Analysis for Actual vs. Budget, financial reporting, risk Management

    Work Relationship

    Close co-ordination with CRESA Real Estate, Asset Management, Project team. Coordination with T&O team and India finance alongwith group finance.
