Job summary

We are hiring Travel Process Executives for a leading MNC to manage end-to-end travel operations including ticketing reservations and customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle flight bookings ticket issuance re-issue and cancellations as per client requirements

  • Manage travel reservations using GDS tools Amadeus Sabre Galileo etc.

  • Process manual ticketing and fare calculations accurately

  • Resolve customer queries related to itinerary changes refunds and travel policies

  • Ensure adherence to SLA quality standards and company policies

  • cordinate with airlines and travel partners for seamless travel arrangements
