The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in ServiceNow platform configuration, management, and administration. You will have a crucial role in implementing ITIL processes within ServiceNow and ensuring the platform aligns with our organization's requirements. Responsibilities :

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's needs.
• Manage and administer ServiceNow instances, including user access, system maintenance, and upgrades.
• Implement ITIL processes like Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management within ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and new features to enhance platform functionality continually.
• Provide training and support to end users as required.

Required Skills :

• 37 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar position.
• Possession of a current ServiceNow Administrator Certification is mandatory.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration, management, and administration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
• Experience with JavaScript and other scripting languages utilized in ServiceNow.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate well with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills :

• Experience with various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, and Security Operations.
• Knowledge of integration with external systems via REST and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Implementation Specialist, Application Developer) would be advantageous.
