    Education / Experience:


    • MBA with 810 years of total work experience in Enterprise sales of HR solutions / Services with leading MNCs in Corporate Sales
    • Required experience in handling corporate sales with Wellness / Insurance / Travel / HR solutions / SaaS organizations
    • Demonstrating a solid sales background, with confirmed "hunter" attributes focused on acquiring new business opportunities.
    • Highprofile networking ability and strong relationshipbuilding skills with senior decision makers especially at the level of CHROs of the target organizations.
    • Should have experience handling highvalue sales, leading to overall business growth.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Job Description:


    • The role requires to achieve direct profitable sales growth in dedicated markets to develop new business opportunities
    • Developing new business with new clients in the corporate segment in India and retaining and upselling a wide range of services and solutions to existing corporate clients.
    • Build close relationships with local communities, associations, and partners
    • Prepare and submit annual and quarterly objectives and accurate forecasts
