- MBA with 810 years of total work experience in Enterprise sales of HR solutions / Services with leading MNCs in Corporate Sales
- Required experience in handling corporate sales with Wellness / Insurance / Travel / HR solutions / SaaS organizations
- Demonstrating a solid sales background, with confirmed "hunter" attributes focused on acquiring new business opportunities.
- Highprofile networking ability and strong relationshipbuilding skills with senior decision makers especially at the level of CHROs of the target organizations.
- Should have experience handling highvalue sales, leading to overall business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The role requires to achieve direct profitable sales growth in dedicated markets to develop new business opportunities
