    The overall purpose of the job Assist Sr.

    Director in work related to membership development and revenue Job specifications & Key Performance Indicators Specific key areas / Scope of the job Key performance indicators1 National Committee on IR Membership development and engagement.

    Contribution to Daily News Bulletin, Website updating, Tech Savy, Preparation of Agenda & MoM, Talking Points, Presentations, etc.2 Policy Policy recommendations on Labour Laws & IR3 Workshops & webinars Conduct Pan-India workshops & webinars on IR4 Reports & publications Ensure Reports & publications on IR both for publications as well as others5 Regional Coordination Ensuring coordination on IR with IR Coordinators in regions & states.

    6 Revenue Targets Ensure revenue through events/projects Qualifications Key Competencies Required Educational



    Experience:

    Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed institute specializing in Marketing or HR Work

    Experience:


    • Fresher or with Work experience of 1-2 years
    • Experience in Marketing or HR may be preferred
    • Good drafting and report writing skills2. Analytical abilities and ability to generate new ideas3. Ability to synthesize complex viewpoints, data etc.4. Good Communication skills 5. Good organizational skills6. Multitasking abilities7. Ability to relate to senior people8. Aptitude for hard work, learning and systems

    Experience in generating leads and developing new business
