    We are Looking for an Experienced & Result Oriented Candidate to Lead a Team of Dedicated Sales Staff & Improve the Brand Image of the Company .

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Follow Annual goals and objectives for self and team set by the company.
    • Supervising Distributors on a day to day basis, Conducting accompaniment calls, guiding the distributors to ensure strategy alignment and act as their enablers.
    • Planning and achieving Sales Targets.
    • Allocating time to visit all the distributors markets regularly.
    • Review orders market, ensure supplies to distributors and monitor payment flow from them.

    Qualifications

    Educational Background

    Degree in Business/Marketing: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Specialization in sales or marketing is highly advantageous

    Professional Experience

    Sales Experience: 2- 4 years experience in sales, especially in the FMCG sector,

    . Experience in dealing with distributors and retailers is crucial.

    Marketing Expertise: Experience in executing marketing campaigns, brand management, product launches, and digital marketing in the Indian context.

    Market Analysis: Proven track record in market analysis and adapting strategies according to changing market trends.

    Skills and Abilities

    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional Indian languages.

    Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills for dealing with diverse stakeholders.

    Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies.

    Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
