    Overview:

    The HRManager plays a crucial role in the organization by overseeing andmanaging all aspects of the human resources function. This includesrecruitment employee relations training and development performancemanagement and compliance with employment laws. The HR Managercollaborates with the leadership team to support the company sstrategic goals and ensure a positive and productive workenvironment.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop andimplement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overallbusiness strategy
    • Manage the recruitment andselection process
    • Support current and futurebusiness needs through the development engagement motivation andpreservation of human capital
    • Nurture apositive working environment
    • Maintain pay planand benefits program
    • Assess training needs toapply and monitor training programs
    • Ensurelegal compliance throughout human resourcemanagement
    • Deal with grievances and violationsinvoking disciplinary action whenrequired
    • Conduct effective performanceevaluations
    • Develop and monitor overall HRstrategies systems tactics and procedures across theorganization
    • Bridge management and employeerelations by addressing demands grievances or otherissues
    • Support current and future businessneeds through the development engagement motivation andpreservation of human capital
    • Oversee andmanage a performance appraisal system that drives highperformance
    • Maintain the work structure byupdating job requirements and job descriptions for allpositions
    • Sustain the work environment bydesigning and implementing officepolicies

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelor s degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield
    • Proven working experience as HR Manageror other HR Executive
    • Demonstrable experiencewith human resources metrics
    • Knowledge of HRsystems and databases
    • Familiarity with laborlaws and regulations
    • Strong understanding ofrecruitment processes and bestpractices
    • Excellent leadership anddecisionmaking abilities
    • Effectivecommunication and interpersonalskills
    • Professional certification (e.g. SHRMCPor PHR) is a plus
    • Ability to effectively manageand lead a team
    • Experience in conflictresolution and investigations
    • Proven trackrecord of implementing HR programs andpolicies
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask ina fastpaced environment
    • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills
    • Proficiency in MS Officeand HRISsystems
