    Role - E-commerce Customer Relationship Management

    This is a full-time on-site role for e-commerce Customer Relationship Manager located in Mumbai. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, serving as their point of contact, and ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.

    • Customer connect for order confirmation and other order related queries
    • Assisted Sales for abandon cart recovery
    • Customer Support for cancellation, exchange and refund process
    • Order management and order fulfillment process
    • Co-ordinating with internal team and vendors for inventory and order fulfillment process
    • Customer Feedback and reviews collection

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's degree in any field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
    • Experience in e-commerce or fashion retail industry is a plus
    • Experience in Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
