    Our HR & Office Management function centralises around the safety, development and engagement of our People across all of our office locations. We define and deliver People related processes to support the employee lifecycle, working closely with managers to provide them with the tools they need in order to support their teams. The function plays a critical role in driving employee engagement and is responsible for designing and delivering wellbeing initiatives to foster a thriving, diverse and inclusive work culture for all.

    As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play an influential role, acting as the bridge between our candidates and the hiring teams. You'll provide strategic partnership and recruitment expertise to align talent with our business objectives.

    Your key responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Partner will be to:

    • Lead the end to end recruitment process for designated roles, partnering with local HR teams
    • Identify appropriate recruitment strategies tailored to local markets where necessary
    • Sourcing via Recruiter or other platforms as required
    • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and roles to be filled
    • Reviewing job descriptions and providing guidance to hiring managers on suggested improvements
    • Write engaging and inclusive job adverts as per company standards
    • Screening relevant candidates to assess qualifications and fit for open positions, and arranging interviews with hiring managers
    • Networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensuring we attract the best professionals
    • Drive improvement and change within the TA team and wider recruitment process
    • Mentor and coach more junior members of the talent acquisition team
    • Support with recruitment strategy and associated projects
    • Play a key role in managing candidate experience by ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the company's guidelines and values
    • Ensuring GDPR compliance is maintained throughout the recruitment process
    • Developing and fostering effective working relationships with other country HR and recruitment teams with the aim of finding commonality in the ways of working and improving the recruitment process and experience
    • Maintaining the relevant applicant tracking platforms, utilising it for day-to-day recruitment as well as monitoring the recruitment pipeline and providing data analytics as required
    • Lead on employer branding activity alongside the internal marketing team
    • Taking responsibility for the company's adherence to relevant employment law

    To join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner you will need the following experience and skills:

    • You must have extensive experience in internal recruitment - with prior agency experience strongly preferred
    • You must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    • You must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple vacancies and priorities
    • You must have the ability to work independently and take ownership of own workload
    • You will have sourcing experience with experience in utilising Recruiter and other CV databases, with extensive knowledge of sourcing strategies
    • You must have a demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
    • You must be skilled in data analytics with the ability to deduce recruitment strategy from hiring statistics
    • You must have excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence and steer conversations
    • You will ideally have prior experience in the finance industry or fintech industry
