    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Consultant. As a Reservations Consultant, you will be responsible for handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with clients. You will also play a role in sales-related activities and have experience in the cruises industry.

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Reservation Consultant to join our team. The Reservation Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with booking travel arrangements, providing expert advice on destinations and accommodations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for travel.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle incoming inquiries from clients via phone, email, and online channels regarding travel bookings and reservations.
    • Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel objectives.
    • Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
    • Research and stay up-to-date on destination information, travel trends, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
    • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to confirm reservations, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
    • Process payments, issue tickets, and send confirmation emails to clients, keeping them informed throughout the booking process.
    • Handle changes, cancellations, and rebookings as necessary, adhering to company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments in the company's reservation system.
    • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation, as needed.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
