Key Requirements

Compliance activities:
(30%):Work with Application Support to renew yearly compliance activities for data clarification, data protection and other compliance data requirements needed in our ServiceNOW inventoryAssist with reducing backlog of software renewals.
Update APM, Configuration Items in ServiceNOWPlay a supporting role in acquisitions and divestitures by following a playbook to ensure compliance of the applications, tools and a smooth integration with PwCWork with the compliance team to ensure ARRs and other mandatory compliance tasks are completed as requiredMaintain the P&T Ops Project listSoftware Asset Management (30%)

Serve as a key player in managing software assets, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
Utilize Power BI and Alteryx for data analysis and visualization to provide insights into software asset management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret software asset information.

Reporting and Analysis (30%):
Oversee and scrutinize monthly/bi-weekly reports, timesheets, and vendor payments related to software assets.
Generate financial and KPI reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Work closely with the finance group to maintain accurate reporting and derive actionable insights.

Process Improvement and Innovation (10%):
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to software asset management processes.
Experiment with different tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency in software asset tracking.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in software asset management.
