TIDEL Neo Ltd., is looking for a dynamic and high-performing professional for the post of Technical Assistant / Multi Specialist Technician. The position will be on a fixed term contract basis, renewable every year based on the satisfactory performance of the candidate for upto three years and extendable for further period as decided by the Board of Directors. Role & responsibilities :

• Operations and maintenance of mechanical (Lifts & HVAC), Electrical and IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) functions and be an assistant for the Manager (O&M)
• To serve as a point of contact for technical support, manage day-to-day technical operations, and assist in troubleshooting and maintaining O&M functions
• Their work ensures that tenants and the overall business environment of the IT park to function smoothly and efficiently
• Actively take part in all strategic decision-making processes of TIDEL NEO LTD and be a leader in driving the companys growth
• To undertake any other official responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director / Management from time to time.
